Merry Christmas!

Happy Christmas everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday!

I am all moved in to my new place and loving it. I'm almost settled in with just a few more things to do but other than that it's great! The weather here has been beautiful too, it just doesn't feel like December to me!

So today is Christmas and hopefully everyone is spending it with their loved ones. My mom flew out from California and Merril, my sister who lives in New York, came down to celebrate the holidays with me in my new home. Abbie is one the west coast celebrating with Jeff and the kids. We miss her and hope she is having a wonderful holiday but we'll see her at the Rose Bowl!!

Of course! I wouldn't miss the game for the world! Hope my boss doesn't mind me taking the first week of January off to cheer my Trojans on. I'll be in LA the first week of January for the game and look forward to catching up with everyone while I'm there.

I'm slowly getting settled in at work. There is so much to do I'm sure I'll be spending the entire month of January after my vacation chained to my desk getting caught up! Everyone at the office is great though and have really helped make my transition a smooth one. I really enjoy the people I work with here.

The nightlife has been fun as well! I've gone out a few times with some of the girls from work and we have had a blast! Our favorite nightspots so far are CRU and Blue Sushi. Very yummy food and lots of eye candy!! Can't wait for some free time to go to the beach and sit by the pool here in my development.

Hope everyone is doing well! I miss all of you and hope to see you soon, either in LA, Seattle, or Florida! Happy Holidays!

Cheers!

Let it snow!

I received a wonderful farewell present today! It's snowing! Really hard too!
I get one last winter wonderland before heading off to the sun :-)

The packers are here making great time getting everything packed for me. All that's left is to finish packing what I'm taking on the plane with me and get ready for my roast tonight. Can't wait!

Signing off from snow-filled Seattle!
Cheers!

Farewell Seattle!

Wow! Today is my last day at work here in Seattle. These past few weeks have gone by so quickly, I can't believe I'll be saying good-bye to everyone soon. While I will miss everyone here I am so excited to begin my new adventure! It will be hard to leave everyone but I look forward to living in a new place, meeting new people, making new friends, and welcoming old friends for visits. I hope that you all will have an opportunity to come visit!

The movers come tomorrow to pack up my house so all that is left for me to do is pack what I'm taking on the plane. I'll be staying in a hotel until the week of the 12th then I'll be moving into my new home! I sent out an email today with my new home address/phone number and work phone. I should have my new cell phone number by next week.

Tomorrow night is my "roast" or Enterprise speak for going away party. It should be a blast! I'll make sure to send out photos from that as well as the going away party we're having on Friday.

Thanks to everyone who's been so supportive of my move and the process leading up to it. I'm so glad I've got such a great support system, all of you are wonderful and mean the world to me!! Don't go changin'!

Cheers!
Sasha

Happy Thanksgiving!

Welcome to the first posting on my blog! I created this blog to share my adventures in Florida with everyone but for now I wanted to take a moment to wish all of you a very Happy Turkey Day!

I'll be posting updates on my move and adventures in Florida throughout the next few weeks. For now I'm wrapping things up at the office and making sure I see everyone here in Seattle before I go. I made a trip down to LA last week and hope to go back there for the Rose Bowl, GO TROJANS! It was great to see Jenn, Tracie, Karen, and Dena!

Next week is my last week in Seattle (I can't believe it!). My last day of work is 11/30 and the movers will be here the 1st and 2nd to pack up my stuff and load it up on the truck to haul it all the way across the country. I fly to Florida on the 3rd on the red eye so I can watch the USC/UCLA game during the day! Now that's what I call a devoted fan! My first day of work in Floridda is 12/5 (wish me luck!) and I'm supposed to close escrow on my townhouse there on 12/9. The Enterprise holiday party down there is on 12/10 so I'll get a chance to meet pretty much everyone all at once. I'm scheduled to move in to my new home on 12/12 and of course visitors are welcome any time!

I'll continue to keep everyone posted on my new contact info as soon as I have all of it.

For those Seattle readers, we are having a going away party on 12/2 at the Sunset in Ballard. See www.dudleymanlove.com for ticket and time info. Hope to see y'all there for one last final goodbye!!

Cheers!
